About Us
Barick German Shepherds was founded over forty years ago with one dog; not a show dog, but a family pet named Jewel. since then we have had many other breeds cross our paths, such as collies and akitas, but the German Shepherd was always there. After moving from New York to Georgia we began showing and breeding German Shepherds as a hobby and now were hooked. we are now located in McDonough, GA (just outside of Atlanta)
We occasionally have litters of puppies. in the past our puppies have been socialized by my grandchildren who have since grown up, now my great-grandchildren and youngest grand-daughter are busy playing with our puppies. our puppies are perfect companions for any family and are occasionally entered in to the show ring.
All of our adults and puppies are AKC registered. We are also members of several breed clubs like the German Shepherd Dog club of America, the German Shepherd Dog Club of Atlanta and the German Shepherd Dog club of North Georgia.
